Shipping Policy
We currently ship to customers worldwide. Our shipping services cover domestic and international destinations, ensuring that golfers and athletes everywhere can experience the convenience and protection of Sportr products.
Important notice: we have decided to pause shipping of all our products to the USA, due to the tariffs that have been imposed. Once these tariffs are lifted, we will resume delivery to the USA. We are very sorry for the inconvenience, but we like to keep our products affordable (and also profitable).
Processing time
- Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
- During peak periods (like Black Friday, Christmas) processing may take an additional 1-3 business days due to high order volumes.
- Orders placed during the weekends will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Options & Delivery Times
We offer a variety of shipping methods to suit your needs:
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-7 business days (domestic) and 7-14 business days (international).
- Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1-3 business days (domestic) and 3-7 business days (international).
- Priority Shipping: Available in select regions for even faster delivery.
Shipping times may vary based on location, customs processing, and carrier delays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Shipping costs
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, the size of the package and the selected shipping method.
- We may offer free shipping promotions or discount codes on select orders or within specific regions. Keep an eye on our website for such offers.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For orders outside the EU, customs fees, import duties, and local taxes may apply. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient. Sportr is not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
- If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your neighbours or your local carrier.
- If your package is lost or stolen, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
- If your order arrives damaged, please email us at support@sportr.eu with photos of the damage, and we will assist with a replacement or refund.
Order Changes & Cancellations
- Once an order has been processed, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations. Please contact us immediately if you need to make a modification.
- If your order has already shipped, you may return it following our Return Policy guidelines.
