It depends on where you are. Orders are processed within 1 working day. Check below for the estimated days of shipping:

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-7 business days (domestic) and 7-14 business days (international).

Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1-3 business days (domestic) and 3-7 business days (international).

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note: The return shipping costs, along with any related VAT and customs fees, are the customers responsibility. We recommend using a trackable service or purchasing shipping insurance. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Please always inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.
